Dr. Luke Liu is presently EVP of UNISOC. Prior to this, Dr. Liu took several managerial positions as PE Manager of HISI, PE Director of SPRD, OPS VP of Verisilicon, OPS SVP of Goke Microelectronics. His research area covers Project Management, Big data mining, Smart Manufacturing and SCM Management. He has deep MP experience for over 100+ projects with advanced process. He has very successful cooperation record with the majority factory like tsmc/SMIC/SPIL/JCET etc.

Dr. Liu owns PhD degree in Microelectronics, Tsinghua Univ. since 2003, and Bachelor degree in Project Management, Tsinghua School of Economics and Management since 1998. He owns PMP certification since 2006.
