杨程博士

杨程博士在电子系统和集成电路封装开发上有超过20年的经验。目前他在长电科技担任先进级系统级封装设计高级总监。在加入长电前，杨博士在伟创力负责系统级封装产品和技术开发，包括设计、制造和测试，主要应用于物联网、汽车、医疗和工业应用。杨博士在英特尔工作了13年，负责存储产品封装设计和技术开发工作。杨博士拥有新加坡国立大学的博士学位，圣路易斯华盛顿大学的EMBA，以及上海交通大学的硕士及学士学位。

先进芯粒封装赋能异质集成

随着市场对高性能集成电路芯片的需求增长，通过多颗小芯粒的先进封装实现系统异质集成成为半导体行业创新发展的主要推动力之一。高带宽2.5D和3D互联新技术的出现使得复杂设计成为可能。芯片-封装协同设计已经成为满足高性能芯片的必需。而STCO（系统技术协同优化）方法设计芯粒架构来优化系统性能变得越来越重要。
