魏少军教授
清华大学
雷光寅,博士、复旦大学研究员。复旦大学宁波研究院宽禁带半导体材料与器件研究所副所长,长期从事功率半导体器件、封装及可靠性评估研究,包括新型电子封装材料、模块封装设计及失效机理分析等,具有新材料开发、电子模块设计15年以上工作经验。2010-2018年,担任美国福特汽车公司资深研发工程师,负责电机控制器以及功率模块的开发。2018-2020年,担任上海蔚来汽车有限公司技术专家,全面负责先进电机控制系统在新能源车中的应用;近五年获美国、欧洲、中国授权发明专利20余项。
Status and future perspectives of silicon carbide power devices
Ascribed to its’ high-efficiency, high-voltage and high-switching speed capabilities, silicon carbide power device gains its’ popularity in many applications, such as traction inverter for electrified vehicle, ultrafast charging station, DC/DC converter for photovoltaic renewable energy system, etc. Significant progress has been achieved in improving the device capabilities as well as the long-term reliability. In this talk, we will go through some of the key findings in silicon carbide device technology in last few years and explore their possibilities to use in major applications.
